Kenny Vaughan, Dave Roe and Jeffrey Clemens on The Sit Down!

Kenny Vaughan (Marty Stuart, The Byrds tour), Dave Roe (Dan Auerbach, Pretenders) and Jeffrey Clemens (G Love and Special Sauce) are some of the coolest cats in Nashville. Between them, they’ve played with just about everybody, on stage or in the studio. 

Most recently, Kenny’s been on the road with Roger McGuinn, Chris Hillman and Marty Stuart as part of the Byrds’ Sweetheart Of The Rodeo 50th Anniversary tour.

When they’re off the road, they get together to play in a powerful trio, trading riffs and taking turns singing classic blues and original tunes.

Big Planet Noise Night!

Ahhh...Monday night....best night of the week. Big Planet Noise night. Show 125. 8pm,  7c. Perfect.
We have a loose plan. We're gonna start by shoving you right off the edge of the cliff with some classic sides of fuzzy '66 snarl. Then, it's Pitstop Pop: as we sometimes do, we'll touch down on a kinder, more gentle planet for a couple of sets, spinning a handful of more familiar, more melodic sides. (Honestly, I often need to do this just to get these tunes out of my head, so thanks in advance for the indulgence.)
Then, it's off to the land of wooden shoes & windmill cookies as we pound our way through a batch of absolutely killer Nederbeat sides. We haven't really done that before. And, we'll eventually land back home to the soundtrack of some heady folk-psych-weirdness.
