This is B. Mitchel Reed, former WMCA Good Guy who spent most of his career in Los Angeles. Like Scott Muni and Murray The K, Reed was a fast talking bells-and-whistles Top 40 DJ, who took on a more laid-back and thoughtful delivery when he migrated to the FM band.
