This http://bit.ly/hfEo6F 45 sleeve has the address as 9512 South Central Avenue.
Not far from Dootone is the Hawthorne-El Segundo route of the Pacific Electric Railway, constructed in 1914. El Segundo began as a company town for the Standard Oil refinery located there. Due to low passenger usage, revenue service ended in 1935, but freight service continues to this day.
You can see the Pacific Electric track during Little Milton's part in Wattstax which was filmed at the Watts Pacific Electric depot. The depot is also famous for having escaped damage during the 1965 riots. http://bit.ly/gJCBwc
I saw the address listed in an old Billboard as 9514 South Central Ave.

I also (just now) noticed some other Billboard references that list the number as 9512. It seems likely that the company's own record sleeve would get it right, though, so I'm voting for 9512 South Central.
